Aedificium

Aedificium® is our third method created in 2024 out of need to create metaphysical spaces full of life enabling another frequency of living following a conscious rhythm within architecture shaping private property development landscape.

With the view to facilitate the Aedificium® method we have created concept property development platform: a selection of highly potent design and building professionals to enable human-centered design approach to interior architecture, shaping the designed environments through metaphysical nature of spaces including sensorial, cognitive, emotional, social, and behavioural cues - influencing the modern property investment landscape. We offer a sharp mind and an alive perspective focusing on concept, visualisation and design.

Beyond giving access to Aedificium® method and platform we are strong at sourcing valuable buildings that can maximise potential or quality of an investment. We understand that our role extends beyond simply creating aesthetically pleasing designs, therefore our pride lies in our ability to transform visions into tangible realities.

Our concepts speak to all senses. We emphasise the creation of spaces that evokes a sense of being part of something bigger, transforming properties into extraordinary investment opportunities.

This project is developed by The Metamorphoses® for The Labyrinth, property developer, using our Aedificium® method, for its campaign on a private investment platform, WinWinner, that has reached its goal of 600.000 euro just in 72 hours with 183 investors.
